Through yoga, meditation and movement we transform so that we have more vitality. We need to remind ourselves everyday how special life is, and every day we need to practice to make our lives more full filled. The science of Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation has and continues to improve my life every day. Through movement, breath work, mudra and mantra, we become more conscious and awake, to be present for our every day. Join me!

Having worked on over 20 cookbooks and numerous food projects with food & wine, bon appetit, and country living exposed me early on in my career to the importance of food. By making simple changes in our diet, we can nourish and empower ourselves.
